Mission Support Services
CATI Centre
The CATI centre is run by a full time manager and separate supervisor. It has 20 stations that can run throughout the day from between 9am and 9pm. It utilises state of the art NIPO software to allow real time quality control and analysis.
Fieldforce
We have our own Field Manager & two Field Executive's and have a nationally
representative interviewer panel with 170 interviewers nationwide and
growing.
Data Entry & Coding
We have in house staff to handle all coding and data entry of face to face
research, allowing complete control of these vital quality issues.
Data Analysis
We have one of the best regarded Data Processing analysts in Ireland
on our team, allowing full and fast data analysis turnaround on all projects
and extra analysis requests.
