Director/ Associate Director:

You should love discovering why people behave the way they do and be passionate about helping clients to see more clearly!

The ideal candidate will also have a real interest in areas such as behavioral economics, advertising impact, how brands grow, innovation & NPD, customer CX/UX, churn and retention.

You should also have at least 5+ years experience in using quantitative and/or qualitative research techniques, at an agency or client side in a research, insights or strategy role; and have relevant experience in strategic planning, analysis, project and people management, reporting and storytelling skills. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent client service skills, and the ability to relate insight to strategic business management issues.

As a key member of the research team at RED C you will be involved in a variety of exciting projects, utilising the latest innovations and techniques for clients across many industries, including FMCG, Telecoms, Banking, Retail, Public Sector and Media. You will be part of a very strong senior team of strategic thinkers who will help you develop and hone your research and client service skills, through on the job training and mentoring and external development where appropriate. They will work with you to build a strong client portfolio.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the research process and depending on experience will be involved in the strategic direction of the business. Your role will include client account handling, client development, business development, NPD & innovation, project design and management, moderation, analysis & storytelling, and delivery and implementation of key consumer insights to our blue chip client list.

      • Own transport essential as some early mornings/late evenings will apply.

      • Must have excellent communication skills.
      • 100% fluency in written and spoken English.
      • Pleasant, friendly manner and presentable appearance.
      • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
      • Reliable with professional approach to work.

Use of a car is an advantage, but is not essential.
