Field Executive:

The role is on the operations side of the business and will require working in a fast paced environment and multitasking several projects at any one time. We work for an array of clients across different industries. Our internal research team are the main contact with the client and they brief the Field Team on each project and the requirements.

A Field Executive’s main role is to ensure the timely allocation and return of market research work, to RED C’s high standard, from our nationwide panel of over 200 interviewers. The majority of communication with our panel is by telephone. As part of your role you will input into questionnaire design and interviewer instructions, brief interviewers, address any issues that arise in the field, seek to introduce improvements to existing processes, undertake quality control checks on returned work and follow up with interviewers in the event that it does not meet RED C’s standard. In addition you will have involvement in recruitment drives for developing our panel and in the training and development of our existing panel.


Candidates must have:

  • Excellent communication skills – fluency in English is essential.
  • Ability to multitask numerous tasks at any one time and address tasks calmly when under pressure.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and strong time management skills.
  • Attention to detail is vital in this role and the ability to strictly follow briefs and processes.
  • Accustomed to using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships particularly when issues arise and corrective action required.

Research Interviewers at Dublin Airport:

  • Must be willing to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.

  • 100% fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Pleasant, friendly manner and presentable appearance.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
